研究目的：

通过喉罩全麻-收肌管神经阻滞（ACB）和喉罩全麻-股神经阻滞（FNB）在糖尿病患者膝关节手术中的应用，旨在优化糖尿病患者膝关节术后早期康复的麻醉管理，加快患者切口愈合速度，提高术后膝关节活动度和股四头肌肌力恢复能力，预防下肢深静脉血栓形成及提供良好的围术期镇痛效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the application of laryngeal mask general anesthesia - adductor nerve block (ACB) and laryngeal mask general anesthesia - femoral nerve block (FNB) in the knee surgery of diabetic patients, the purpose is to optimize the anesthesia management of the early rehabilitation of diabetic patients after knee surgery, accelerate the healing speed of patients' incision, and improve the postoperative knee motion and muscle strength recovery ability of quadriceps muscle. It can prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity and provide good perioperative analgesic effect.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18～70岁，BMI 18～28㎏/m^2； 2.ASA分级I～III级; 3.拟行单侧膝关节镜手术; 4.伴有2型糖尿病，病程>=1年，且无糖尿病性周围神经病变表现; 5.心功能1～3级; 6.同意接受术后镇痛治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-70 years old, BMI 18-28 ㎏/m^2; 2.ASA grade I ~ III; 3.Proposed unilateral knee arthroscopic surgery; 4.Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, disease duration >=1 year, and no manifestations of diabetic peripheral neuropathy; 5.Cardiac function grades 1 to 3; 6.Patients who agree to receive postoperative analgesia.

排除标准：

1.存在神经阻滞的禁忌症（穿刺部位的感染、败血症、药物过敏）；
2.伴有严重凝血功能障碍者；
3.伴有明确的精神疾病，认知功能异常不能配合评估者；
4.酒精成瘾、阿片类药物成瘾者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are contraindications for nerve block (infection at the puncture site, sepsis, drug allergy)；
2.Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction;
3.accompanied by definite mental illness, abnormal cognitive function can not cooperate with the evaluator;
4.Alcohol addicts, opioid addicts.
