研究目的：

①探究磷丙泊酚二钠对于成人苏醒期躁动和恢复质量的影响。 ②关注患者围术期脑电特征，并重点分析EA发作时的脑电特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1 Investigate the effect of fospropofol disodium on emergence agitation and quality of recovery in adults. 2 Pay attention to the electroencephalogram (EEG) characteristics of patients during the perioperative period, and focus on analyzing the EEG characteristics during the occurrence of epileptic seizures (EA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 签署知情同意书； 2) 择期拟行全麻胸腔镜手术患者； 3) 预计手术时间>30分钟； 4) 年龄在18-65岁； 5) ASA I-III级； 6）BMI 18–30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1) Sign the informed consent form; 2) Patients scheduled to undergo general anesthesia thoracoscopic surgery; 3) Expected operation time > 30 minutes; 4) Age between 18 and 65 years old; 5) ASA I-III grade; 6) BMI 18 - 30 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

1) 严重的肝肾功能障碍； 2) 有精神病史或长期服用精神类药物（痴呆，精神分裂症）、酗酒史； 3 术前已知的或者疑似的对磷丙泊酚二钠或者非甾体抗炎药过敏； 4) 认知功能障碍者； 5) 术前一个月内经历过全身麻醉或者镇静操作； 6) 过去30天之内参与了另外的药物临床研究； 7) 语言交流障碍，无法完成认知恢复质量评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2) History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), history of alcohol abuse; 3) Known or suspected allergy to propofol disodium or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs before the operation; 4) Patients with cognitive dysfunction; 5) Have undergone general anesthesia or sedation procedures within one month before the operation; 6) Participated in other drug clinical studies within the past 30 days; 7) Have language communication disorders and are unable to complete the assessment of cognitive recovery quality.

由一名不参与手术麻醉过程的研究人员，根据计算机生成的随机数，设置区组大小为4，按男女分层，将受试者随机分为FP组以及S组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A researcher who was not involved in the surgical anesthesia process set the block size at 4 based on randomly generated numbers by a computer. The subjects were stratified by gender and randomly assigned to the FP group and the S group.

Blinding：

The patients, clinical doctors, and researchers responsible for patient recruitment, data collection, and follow-up assessment are completely unaware of the treatment allocation. Clinical doctors could adjust or stop the infusion of the trial medication when necessary, but the confidentiality could only be lifted with explicit necessity for safety reasons.
