研究目的:

本研究立足于正常健康人群对睡眠改善的需求,将建筑科学与医学生理学等结合,通过对实际建筑不同因素影响下睡眠环境的定性定量研究,探明不同环境因素对睡眠质量影响的生理机制,重构睡眠环境基础参数,提出适宜的睡眠环境设计营造方法与运行控制策略,为相应睡眠环境规范与标准的制定奠定理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

This study focuses on the need for sleep improvement in healthy populations and integrates building science with medical physiology. Through qualitative and quantitative investigations of sleep environments under the influence of various factors in real buildings, it aims to elucidate the physiological mechanisms by which different environmental factors affect sleep quality, reconstruct fundamental parameters of the sleep environment, and propose appropriate design, creation, and operational control strategies for sleep environments, thereby providing a theoretical basis for the formulation of relevant standards and guidelines for sleep environments.

纳入标准:

身体健康,作息规律,无慢性疾病,无抽烟酗酒等不良嗜好的在校大学生。

Inclusion criteria

Enrolled university students who are in good physical health, maintain regular daily routines, have no chronic diseases, and do not engage in unhealthy habits such as smoking or excessive alcohol consumption.

排除标准:

排除有严重睡眠障碍、前庭功能障碍(易晕车)、皮肤过敏史、精神神经系统疾病史的个体

Exclusion criteria:

Exclude individuals with severe sleep disorders, vestibular dysfunction (prone to motion sickness), a history of skin allergies, or a history of mental and neurological disorders.
