探究过敏性鼻炎特异性免疫治疗的临床疗效并通过分析疗效影响因素构建预测模型  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the clinical efficacy of specific immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis and constructing a predictive model by analyzing the influencing factors of efficacy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、皮肤点刺实验（≥++）或血清特异性免疫球蛋白 E（sIgE）诊断尘螨阳性; 2、年龄5~60岁； 3、临床资料完整； 4、不间断接受AIT≥6月； 5、患者及家属知情同意并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Skin prick test (>=++) or serum specific immunoglobulin E (sIgE) to diagnose dust mite positivity; 2. Age range of 5 to 60 years old; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Continuously receive AIT for at least 6 months; 5. Patients and their families provide informed consent and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1、不配合随访； 2、多次中断治疗； 3、存在肿瘤或精神异常等情况； 4、有严重不可控制的哮喘或不可逆的呼吸道阻塞性疾病； 5、有心脑血管疾病，正在服用β受体阻滞剂； 6、免疫缺陷或自身免疫性疾病.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not cooperating with follow-up visits; 2. Multiple interruptions in treatment; 3. Existence of tumors or mental abnormalities; 4. Severe uncontrollable asthma or irreversible respiratory obstructive diseases; 5. Has cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and is currently taking beta blockers; 6. Immunodeficiency or autoimmune diseases.
