研究目的：

评估骨化三醇抑制试验在鉴别 PHPT 和 VD-SHPT 中的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcitriol inhibition assays in differentiating PHPT and VD-SHPT.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

- PTH 升高（>参考范围上限）。 - 25OHD 不足或缺乏（<30ng/ml）。 - 血钙正常（2.1-2.52 mmol/L）。

Inclusion criteria

- Elevated PTH (> upper limit of the reference range). - Insufficient or deficient 25OHD (<30ng/ml). - Normal blood calcium (2.1-2.52 mmol/L).

排除标准：

- 已知的原发性或其他原因如肾功能不全等导致的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症。 - 其他内分泌疾病影响钙磷代谢。 - 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 - 严重肝肾功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

- Secondary hyperparathyroidism due to known primary or other causes such as renal insufficiency. - Other endocrine diseases affect calcium and phosphorus metabolism. - Pregnant or lactating women. - Severe liver and kidney dysfunction.

给予骨化三醇 0.25ug tid*3 天； 骨化三醇抑制试验完成后给予维生素 D 补充治疗( - 给予维生素 D3 5000IU 一天一次; - 持续补充直至 25OHD 达到 30-50ng/ml）。

Calcitriol 0.25ug tid*3 days will be administered; After the calcitriol inhibition test was completed, vitamin D supplementation was given ( - vitamin D3 5000IU once a day; - Continuous supplementation until 25OHD reaches 30-50ng/ml).
