研究目的：

1.从患者角度深入探索体外冲击波碎石术的治疗体验，并了解其在ESWL术中佩戴VR眼镜的接受度及具体偏好，从而为后续科学、精准地匹配VR场景提供直接依据。 2.通过虚拟体外冲击波碎石术治疗情境，改善患者在ESWL治疗期间的负性体验，提升其治疗配合度，以促进治疗的精准实施与效率。  

Objectives of Study：

1.From the patient's perspective, this study aims to deeply explore the treatment experience of extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy and to investigate patient acceptance and specific preferences regarding the use of VR glasses during the procedure. The findings will provide a direct evidence base for the subsequent scientific and precise tailoring of VR therapeutic scenario. 2.Through the virtual extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy treatment scenario,this intervention seeks to ameliorate their negative experiences during the actual procedure, enhance treatment compliance, and thereby promote more precise implementation and overall efficiency of the therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁，患者知晓病情； 2.依据医嘱第一次进行体外冲击波碎石术； 3.意识清楚，能够理解问卷的内容； 4.视力与听力功能良好； 5.获得知情同意权，且依从性好，自愿配合本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old, the patient knows the condition; 2. Perform extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy for the first time according to the doctor's instructions; 3. Clear awareness and ability to understand the content of the questionnaire; 4.Good vision and hearing function; 5. Obtain the right to informed consent, and have good compliance, and voluntarily cooperate with this study.

排除标准：

1.患有慢性疼痛、严重神经系统疾病及其他精神疾病者； 2.佩戴虚拟现实设备出现眩晕、不适的患者； 3.检查前24h内使用镇静镇痛或抗焦虑药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with chronic pain,severe neurological diseases and other mental illnesses; 2. Patients who experience dizziness and discomfort while wearing virtual reality devices; 3. Use of sedative, analgesic, or anxiolytic medications within 24 hours prior to the examination.
