研究目的：

1. 主要目的：与对照组相比，评估线下+持续线上疼痛神经科学教育教育模式对带状疱疹疼痛程度的影响 2.次要目的： 与对照组相比，评估疼痛神经科学教育对HZ认知水平的影响。 与对照组相比，评估疼痛神经科学教育对带状疱疹患者焦虑抑郁及生活质量的影响。 与对照组相比，评估疼痛神经科学教育对带状疱疹患者近亲属带状疱疹疫苗接种率 的影响。 与对照组相比，评估疼痛神经科学教育对带状疱疹患者经济负担的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To evaluate the impact of offline+continuous online pain neuroscience education mode on the severity of herpes zoster pain compared to the control group 2. Secondary objective: To evaluate the impact of pain neuroscience education on HZ cognitive level compared to the control group. Compared with the control group, evaluate the impact of pain neuroscience education on anxiety, depression, and quality of life in patients with herpes zoster. Compared with the control group, evaluate the impact of pain neuroscience education on the vaccination rate of herpes zoster vaccine among close relatives of patients with herpes zoster The impact. Compared with the control group, evaluate the impact of pain neuroscience education on the economic burden of herpes zoster patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合诊断为HZ且病程<=3月的住院患者； 2. 愿意签署知情同意书； 3. 意向参加并配合课程教育。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hospitalized patients diagnosed with HZ and with a disease duration of <= 3 months; 2. Willing to sign the informed consent form; 3. Intend to participate in and comply with the educational program.

排除标准：

1. 患者不熟悉手机微信APP使用； 2. 患者患病前已合并焦虑、抑郁状态； 3. 患者未有文化学习能力； 4. 存在精神、认知功能障碍； 5. 经评估患者在住院前及住院期间不能完成 HZ 急性期规范化治疗方案。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients are unfamiliar with the use of the WeChat app on mobile phones; 2. Patients had comorbid anxiety or depression prior to illness; 3. Patients lack the ability to engage in educational learning; 4. Patients have psychiatric or cognitive impairments; 5. Patients are unable to complete the standardized treatment protocol for acute-phase herpes zoster, as assessed before and during hospitalization.

线下+持续线上疼痛神经科学教育模式。线下：住院期间进行2次30分钟的带状疱疹相关课程宣讲，并进行现场提问答疑。线上：在视频公众号上发布带状疱疹相科普视频共研究参与者学习。每一个研究参与者加入微信群聊，微信供其交流并有专门医疗人员负责答疑。

Intervention：

Offline+continuous online pain neuroscience education model. Offline: Conduct 2 30 minute lectures on herpes zoster related courses during hospitalization, and conduct on-site Q&A sessions. Online: Release the popular science video of herpes zoster on the video official account, and study together with the research participants. Each research participant joins a WeChat group chat, where they can communicate and have dedicated medical personnel responsible for answering questions.

本研究采用中央分层区组随机化，以年龄、疼痛部位、合并症作为分层因素，区组设置为4，将符合条件的受试者纳入并分配研究序列号后按照1:1比例分配进入试验组及对照组。整个随机分配表由独立统计人员完成并依托中央随机化系统进行随机分配。本研究采用双盲设计，除实的研究人员知晓研究参与者入组情况外，y研究参与者、数据记录评估和数据分析人员均对受试者具体分组不知情

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This study used central stratified block randomization, with age, location of pain, and comorbidities as stratification factors. The block size was set to 4, and eligible subjects were included and assigned study sequence numbers in a 1:1 ratio to enter the experimental group and control group. The entire random allocation table is completed by independent statisticians and relies on the central randomization system for random allocation. This study adopts a double-blind design. Except for the actual researchers who are aware of the enrollment status of the study participants, the study participants, data recording and evaluation personnel, and data analysis personnel are all unaware of the specific grouping of the subjects
