研究含有一种新型钙磷材料的好来牙膏缓解牙本质敏感的临床功效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of DARLIE toothpaste containing a novel calcium-phosphorus material in relieving dentin hypersensitivity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在20-55岁之间； 2.全身健康状况良好； 3.有牙齿敏感症状，至少2颗牙（2颗敏感牙应在不同象限，且不相邻）有暴露的根面牙本质，当Schiff冷空气吹喷法检测时，至少有2颗牙记分大于或等于2，VAS记分大于或等于4，且使用Yeaple探针检测时，牙敏感阈值为20克以下； 4.必须有日常刷牙的习惯（早晚各一次）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 20 and 55 years old; 2. Good overall health; 3. Symptoms of tooth sensitivity, with at least two teeth (the two sensitive teeth should be in different quadrants and not adjacent) having exposed root dentin. When tested using the Schiff cold air method, at least two teeth must score greater than or equal to 2, with a VAS score greater than or equal to 4, and the tooth sensitivity threshold must be below 20 grams when tested using the Yeaple probe. 4. Must have a daily brushing habit (twice a day, morning and evening).

排除标准：

1.有严重的口腔疾病、慢性病或对试验产品有过敏史； 2.牙周病进展期或者过去一年内接受过牙周治疗（包括牙周手术）； 3.过敏牙齿的松动度大于1； 4.牙齿有广泛的修复、疑有牙髓炎、龋齿、釉质隐裂、可摘局部义齿的基牙； 5.在参加研究前一个月或正在服用下列药物：抗惊厥、抗组织胺、抗抑郁药物、镇静药物、安定剂、消炎剂和镇痛剂等； 6.存在间歇性发作疼痛的病人（如腰痛，关节炎等）； 7.过去3个月内参加过脱敏牙膏的研究或日常使用其它的脱敏牙膏； 8.目前正在参加其它的临床试验； 9.对个人保健用品或牙膏成分有过敏史； 10.妊娠期或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of severe oral disease, chronic illness, or allergy to the test product; 2. Progressive periodontal disease or periodontal treatment (including periodontal surgery) within the past year; 3. Mobility of sensitive teeth greater than 1; 4. Extensive dental restorations, suspected pulpitis, caries, enamel cracks, or abutment teeth for removable partial dentures; 5. Taking or currently taking the following medications within one month prior to participation in the study: anticonvulsants, antihistamines, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, anti-inflammatory agents, and analgesics; 6. Patients with intermittent pain (e.g., lower back pain, arthritis); 7. Participation in a desensitizing toothpaste study within the past 3 months or daily use of other desensitizing toothpastes; 8. Currently participating in other clinical trials; 9. History of allergy to personal care products or toothpaste ingredients; 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
