本研究旨在探索孕期甲状腺功能异常患者血清中细胞因子IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10的表达水平与新生儿妊娠结局之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the correlation between the expression levels of cytokines IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, and IL-10 in the serum of pregnant women with thyroid dysfunction and the neonatal pregnancy outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

有完整的孕妇在妊娠早期或中期的促甲状腺激素 (TSH)和游离甲状腺素(FT4)浓度数据，新生儿的大脑结构数据。

Inclusion criteria

There are complete data on the concentrations of thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and free thyroxine (FT4) in pregnant women during the early or middle stages of pregnancy, as well as the brain structure data of the newborns.

排除标准：

孕前有高血压及糖尿病病史者；心肝肾功能不全者；精神障碍者；资料不完整者，处于破坏性甲状腺炎的恢复期；伴无活性TSH增高的中枢性甲状腺功能减退。

Exclusion criteria：

Those who had a history of hypertension and diabetes before pregnancy; those with impaired liver, kidney or heart function; those with mental disorders; those whose data is incomplete; those in the recovery period of destructive thyroiditis; and those with central hypothyroidism accompanied by elevated inactive TSH.
