研究目的:

1.探究靛玉红安全、有效治疗DSS诱导的小鼠结肠炎的最佳给药途径和有效剂量,从而优化靛玉红对小鼠结肠炎以及溃疡性结肠炎的治疗方案,对溃疡性结肠炎进行精准治疗。 2.分析靛玉红对小鼠中性粒细胞Tollip表达和免疫学功能的调节作用及其机制; 3.分析靛玉红预防和治疗DSS诱导的小鼠结肠炎的具体作用及其机制。 4.分析靛玉红纳米微粒对人外周血中性粒细胞Tollip表达和免疫活性的调节作用及其机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1.To explore the optimal administration route and effective dosage of indulrubin for the safe and effective treatment of DSS-induced colitis in mice, thereby optimizing the treatment regimens of indulrubin for mouse colitis and ulcerative colitis, and conducting precise treatment for ulcerative colitis. 2. Analyze the regulatory effect and mechanism of indirubin on the expression and immunological function of Tollip in mouse neutrophils; 3. Analyze the specific role and mechanism of indirubin in preventing and treating DSS-induced colitis in mice. 4. To analyze the regulatory effect and mechanism of indigo red nanoparticles on the expression and immune activity of Tollip in human peripheral blood neutrophils.
