本研究旨在通过长期追踪调查，系统探索核心健康行为（身体活动、睡眠质量、屏幕使用）与心理健康指标的时序性关联，揭示行为改变促进心理韧性的关键窗口。研究成果将为优化校园心理健康服务路径提供实证依据，积极响应国家关于提升青少年心理健康服务精准性的战略要求。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically explore the temporal associations between core health behaviors (physical activity, sleep quality, and screen use) and mental health indicators through a long-term follow-up survey, identifying critical windows in which behavior changes foster psychological resilience. The findings will provide empirical evidence for optimizing school-based mental health service pathways and actively respond to the national strategy for enhancing the precision of adolescent mental health services.

纳入标准：

1.6-18周岁全日制在校学生； 2.经由监护人签署书面知情同意书且本人明确表达参与意愿； 3.具备独立理解问卷条目或配合结构化访谈的认知能力。

Inclusion criteria

1. Full-time students aged 6–18 years; 2. Participants whose legal guardians have signed a written informed consent form and who themselves have clearly expressed willingness to participate; 3. Individuals with sufficient cognitive ability to independently comprehend questionnaire items or cooperate in a structured interview.

排除标准：

1.经精神科医师确诊的重度发育障碍（如自闭症谱系障碍、智力残疾）或精神疾病（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍）患者； 2.当前处于休学、退学或纯家庭教育状态的非在校青少年； 3.缺失核心人口学变量（如年龄、性别、学校名称）或超过20%问卷条目未作答的无效样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals diagnosed by psychiatrists with severe developmental disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability) or mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder); 2. Adolescents currently on leave from school, withdrawn from school, or receiving home-based education only; 3. Invalid samples with missing core demographic information (e.g., age, sex, school name) or with more than 20% of questionnaire items unanswered.
