研究目的：

本研究旨在系统整合国内外老年人口腔衰弱的研究证据，识别其关键风险因素，基于前瞻性纵向队列数据构建并验证科学、稳健的风险预测模型；同时开展外部验证，形成适用于社区老年人群的早期识别工具，为基层医疗卫生机构开展口腔衰弱的精准筛查、健康管理与个体化干预提供循证依据与决策支持。具体目标为： 1.系统识别风险因素：通过系统综述方法，全面梳理国内外老年人口腔衰弱的影响因素，为预测模型构建提供科学的变量选择依据; 2.建立预测模型：基于前瞻性纵向队列研究，构建口腔衰弱风险预测模型; 3.开展外部验证：使用独立样本对所构建模型进行外部验证，检验模型的稳健性与可推广性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically integrate the research evidence on oral frailty in the elderly from both domestic and international sources, identify the key risk factors, and build and validate a scientific and robust risk prediction model based on prospective longitudinal cohort data; at the same time, conduct external validation to form an early identification tool applicable to the elderly population in the community, providing evidence-based basis and decision support for primary medical and health institutions to conduct precise screening, health management, and individualized intervention for oral frailty. The specific goals are: 1.Systematically identify risk factors: Through a systematic review method, comprehensively sort out the influencing factors of oral frailty in the elderly in both domestic and international studies, providing a scientific basis for variable selection in the prediction model construction; 2. Establish a prediction model: Based on prospective longitudinal cohort studies, construct an oral frailty risk prediction model; 3. Conduct external validation: Use independent samples to conduct external validation of the constructed model to test the robustness and generalizability of the model.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁的社区老年人； 2.未发生口腔衰弱的老年人，OFI-8＜4分; 3.无语言沟通障碍； 4.能完成问卷调查及口腔检查； 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Community-dwelling elderly aged 60 or above; 2. Elderly without oral frailty, OFI-8 score < 4; 3. No language communication barriers; 4. Able to complete the questionnaire and oral examination; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.存在严重认知功能障碍或精神类疾病无法配合调查者； 2.合并严重的心、脑、肾等器官功能不全、处于疾病急性发作期、临终期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive dysfunction or psychiatric disorders making the individual unable to cooperate with investigators; 2. Patients with severe dysfunction of the heart, brain, kidneys, or other organs, those in the acute phase of illness, or terminally ill patients.
