研究目的：

评估奥赛利定对气管拔管反应的血流动力学波动、拔管质量及术后恢复的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of oxycodone on hemodynamic fluctuations, extubation quality and postoperative recovery in response to tracheal extubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA1-3级、年龄>18岁、且需在气管插管全身麻醉下接受腹腔镜手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with ASA 1-3 grade, aged over 18 years, and requiring laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation.

排除标准：

存在全身麻醉绝对或相对禁忌证；合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全；有精神病史或阿片类镇痛药滥用史；具备误吸高危因素；确诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病或哮喘；近期有呼吸道感染病史；存在认知功能障碍；身体质量指数（BMI）＞35kg/m2；预计存在气管插管困难；预计手术时长超过 3 小时；术中出血量超过20%；术后需接受机械通气支持的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

There are absolute or relative contraindications for general anesthesia; combined with severe heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; having a history of mental illness or abuse of opioid analgesics; having high-risk factors for aspiration; diagnosed with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma; having a recent history of respiratory infection; having cognitive dysfunction; body mass index (BMI) > 35 kg/m^2; expected difficulty in tracheal intubation; expected surgical duration exceeding 3 hours; intraoperative blood loss exceeding 20%; patients who need mechanical ventilation support after surgery.
