研究目的：

观察使用无创心输出量机器监测比较不同剂量瑞马唑仑和依托咪酯诱导对老年患者血流动力学的影响，选择更适合老年患者的瑞马唑仑诱导剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and compare the effects of different doses of remimazolam and etomidate on hemodynamics in elderly patients by using a non-invasive cardiac output monitor, and to determine the optimal induction dose of remimazolam for elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.65岁及以上需进行择期手术的老年患者； 2.ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Elderly patients aged 65 years and above who are scheduled for elective surgery. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification Ⅰ–Ⅲ.

排除标准：

1.心肺功能严重损伤者。 2.对本试验中所用药物过敏者。 3.有精神疾病或认知功能障碍、严重高血压、糖尿病、嗜铬细胞瘤、未经控制的甲状腺亢进等疾病。 4.近期服用过镇痛镇静类药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary function impairment. 2. Patients allergic to any drugs used in this trial. 3. Patients with diseases such as mental illness, cognitive impairment, severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus, pheochromocytoma, or uncontrolled hyperthyroidism. 4. Patients who have taken analgesic or sedative drugs recently.
