研究目的：

本研究旨在确定各超声指标在预测困难气道方面的效果，并观察与Cormack-Lehane分级的相关性。找到预测困难喉镜视图的最佳预测指标。并于传统的气道评估方法比较，评估超声在麻醉前气道评估中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to determine the efficacy of various ultrasonic indicators in predicting difficult airways, observe their correlation with the Cormack-Lehane classification, and identify the optimal predictive indicator for difficult laryngoscopic views. Additionally, it will compare these ultrasonic indicators with traditional airway assessment methods to evaluate the application value of ultrasound in pre-anesthetic airway assessment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受择期手术且常规麻醉插管的患者; 2.18岁至65岁的患者; 3.ASAⅠ~Ⅲ级.

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for elective surgery and requiring routine anesthesia intubation; 2. Patients aged 18 to 65; 3. ASA class I to III.

排除标准：

1.明显的气道畸形（如肿瘤、甲状腺肿大等）; 2.需快速序列插管的患者; 3.存在明显的舌下肿胀、重症肺疾病或其他危及插管操作的情况; 4.孕妇及小儿患者; 5.无法配合或者拒绝参与实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Obvious airway deformities (such as tumors, goiter, etc.); 2. Patients requiring rapid sequence intubation; 3. Presence of significant sublingual swelling, severe lung disease, or other conditions that could compromise intubation; 4. Pregnant women and pediatric patients; 5. Individuals who are uncooperative or refuse to participate in the study.
