Objectives of Study：

To clarify that ALG3 affects the function of extravillous trophoblasts and is involved in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 20~40 岁，单胎妊娠。 2.子痫前期的诊断标准依据人民卫生出版社第九版《妇产科学》。对照组为剖宫产分娩的正常孕妇。 3.病历资料完整。 4.所有标本的收集均需知情同意，通过依托单位伦理委员会的审查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 20 and 40 years old, single pregnancy. The diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia are based on the 9th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology published by People's Health Press. The control group consisted of normal pregnant women who underwent cesarean section delivery. 3. The medical records are complete. 4. All specimen collection requires informed consent and review by the ethics committee of the supporting institution.

排除标准：

1.多胎妊娠；
2.胎儿畸形或染色体疾病；
3.合并慢性疾病 （高血压，慢性肾病，自身免疫疾病等）或其他严重内外科疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. Fetal malformations or chromosomal diseases; 3. Combined with chronic diseases (such as hypertension, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, etc.) or other serious internal and surgical diseases;
