吞嚥照護方案輔以運動App介入對口腔癌皮瓣重建術後病人吞嚥功能之成效  

Objectives of Study：

The effectiveness of swallowing care programs supplemented with exercise apps on swallowing function in patients after oral cancer flap reconstruction surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.診斷為口腔癌之病患(部位包括頰黏膜、硬顎、齒齦、口底及臼齒後區)； 2.入院預行第一次口腔癌腫瘤切除及皮瓣重建術之病患； 3.年齡18歲以上； 4.意識清楚； 5.能以國語或台語溝通者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with oral cancer (sites include buccal mucosa, hard palate, gingiva, floor of mouth and postmolar region); 2. Patients admitted for their first oral cancer tumor resection and flap reconstruction; 3. Age 18 years or older; 4. Conscious; 5. Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.

排除标准：

1.經醫師診斷術後傷口癒合不良無法進行口腔復健運動之病患； 2.經醫師診斷術後一週無法進行口腔復健運動之病患； 3.同意加入研究者，想要隨時退出試驗，可立即停止。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed by a physician as having poor postoperative wound healing and unable to perform oral rehabilitation exercises; 2. Patients diagnosed by a physician as being unable to perform oral rehabilitation exercises one week after surgery; 3. Those who agree to join the study but wish to withdraw from the trial at any time may stop immediately.
