研究目的:

本研究旨在利用深度学习算法建立危重患者围手术期血糖预测模型,探索血糖波动的潜在模式,并为临床医生提供精确的血糖管理工具。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to establish a perioperative blood glucose prediction model for critically ill patients by using deep learning algorithms, explore the potential patterns of blood glucose fluctuations, and provide clinicians with precise blood glucose management tools.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄>=18岁; 2.在ICU停留时间>48h; 3.住院期间经历普外科相关手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Stay in the ICU for more than 48 hours; 3. Underwent general surgery-related operations during hospitalization.

排除标准:

1.孕妇或哺乳期患者; 2.缺少关键血糖数据和临床结局信息的患者; 3.患有糖尿病急性并发症的患者,如酮症酸中毒或高渗高血糖状态; 4.接受糖皮质激素治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Pregnant or lactating patients; 2. Patients lacking key blood glucose data and clinical outcome information; 3. Patients with acute complications of diabetes, such as ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state; 4. Patients receiving glucocorticoid treatment.
