研究目的：

探究经鼻给予右美托咪啶对老年择期手术患者应激反应和术前高血压的控制效果，以及该干预措施对患者自主神经功能（包括心率变异性、外周灌注指数等指标）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of transnasal dexmedetomidine administration on controlling stress response and preoperative hypertension in elderly patients undergoing elective surgery, as well as the impact of this intervention on patients' autonomic nervous function (including indicators such as heart rate variability and peripheral perfusion index).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥60 周岁，男女不限； ASA 分级 Ⅰ 至 Ⅲ 级； 体重指数（BMI）18.5 - 30kg/m2； 进入麻醉准备室后焦虑水平达 VAS - A 标准 3 分以上； 获得患者本人或其委托人的知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Aged >= 60 years old, regardless of gender; ASA physical status classification of grade I to III; Body mass index (BMI) of 18.5 - 30 kg/m^2; Anxiety level reaching >= 3 points on the Visual Analogue Scale for Anxiety (VAS - A) after entering the anesthesia preparation room; Informed consent obtained from the patient (the patient themselves) or their legal representative.

排除标准：

对右美托咪啶成分过敏的患者； 急诊手术； 入手术室时神志不清或昏迷的患者； 有以下病史患者：心脏病、心律失常、中枢神经系统疾病、肾上腺皮质功能减退等； 信息记录不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients allergic to the components of dexmedetomidine; Emergency surgery; Patients with unclear consciousness or coma upon entering the operating room; Patients with a history of the following diseases: heart disease, arrhythmia, central nervous system diseases, adrenocortical hypofunction, etc.; Patients with incomplete information records.
