研究目的：

评估右美托咪定鼻喷剂辅助环泊酚在内镜下息肉切除术中的镇静效果。 比较两组患者的血流动力学稳定性、呼吸抑制发生率、麻醉药物用量及术后并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine nasal spray assisted by cyclopofol in endoscopic polypectomy. The hemodynamic stability, incidence of respiratory depression, dosage of anesthetic drugs and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients were compared.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄45-75岁，性别不限；②美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；③拟行胃肠镜下息肉切除术；④无内镜检查禁忌证；⑤检查前血氧饱和度(SpO?)≥90%;⑥对本研究所用药物不存在过敏者。

Inclusion criteria

1 Age: 45-75 years old, gender not limited; 2 American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I - II; 3 Polyp resection under gastroscopy and colonoscopy is proposed; 4 No contraindications for endoscopic examination; 5 Pre-examination blood oxygen saturation (SpO?) >= 90%; 6 Those who have no allergic reactions to the drugs used in this study.

排除标准：

①对研究中涉及药物（右美托咪定、环泊酚等）有过敏史或禁忌症；②伴有心动过缓者；③存在沟通障碍或精神疾病；④严重呼吸、循环、肝肾功能障碍；⑤严重鼻塞、鼻部疾病或鼻部手术史影响鼻喷剂使用；⑥困难气道评估阳性或阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAHS)；⑦长期使用镇静镇痛药物、精神类药物或物质滥用史；⑧控制不佳的高血压（静息血压>180/100 mmHg）或严重心血管疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Have a history of allergy or contraindications to the drugs involved in the study (such as dexmedetomidine, cyclopofol, etc.); 2 Those accompanied by bradycardia; 3 There are communication barriers or mental illnesses; 4 Severe respiratory, circulatory, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5 Severe nasal congestion, nasal diseases or history of nasal surgery, use of nasal spray; 6 Positive assessment of difficult airways or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAHS); 7 Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, psychotropic drugs or a history of substance abuse; 8 Poorly controlled hypertension (resting blood pressure >180/100 mmHg) or a history of severe cardiovascular disease.

The random sequence was generated by a research assistant who was not involved in patient recruitment and assessment, using the 'Random Number Generation' function in SPSS 26.0 software in a simple random manner at a 1:1 ratio.
