研究目的：

利用心脏磁共振通过短期随访，评估当下不同抗逆转录治疗方案对心脏结构功能的影响；并联合外周血中细胞因子等相关生物学标志物，筛选HIV感染者相关心血管疾病风险因子；构建预测模型，预测PLWH相关CVD预后。  

Objectives of Study：

Using cardiac magnetic resonance with short-term follow-up to assess the impact of current different antiretroviral therapy regimens on cardiac structure and function; combined with related biological markers such as cytokines in peripheral blood, to screen for cardiovascular disease risk factors in HIV-infected individuals; and construct predictive models to forecast the prognosis of PLWH-related CVD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有受试者>=18岁<=70岁； 2.HC组受试者HIV初筛试验阴性； 3.PLWH组受试者需HIV确认试验阳性或HIV核酸阳性，且既往未接受过抗HIV病毒治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. All subjects aged >=18 and <=70 years old; 2. Subjects in the HC group must test negative in the initial HIV screening; 3. Subjects in the PLWH group must test positive in the confirmed HIV test or HIV nucleic acid test and must not have previously received antiretroviral therapy.

排除标准：

1.有症状的心脑血管疾病（如心梗，心衰，心率不齐，其他原因导致的心肌病或血管炎等）； 2.患有其他代谢性系统性疾病，如甲状腺功能不全、肾上腺功能不全等； 3.吸毒； 4.肾功能异常（肌酐清除率小于30ml/min/1.73m^2）； 5.CMR禁忌症（包括幽闭恐惧症，体内金属，钆造影剂过敏等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Symptomatic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy or vasculitis caused by other reasons, etc.); 2. Other metabolic systemic diseases, such as thyroid insufficiency, adrenal insufficiency, etc.; 3. Drug abuse; 4. Abnormal kidney function (creatinine clearance rate less than 30 ml/min/1.73m^2); 5. Contraindications to CMR (including claustrophobia, metal implants in the body, allergy to gadolinium contrast agents, etc.).
