研究目的：

1.评估颊针疗法在改善老年膝关节置换术后睡眠质量方面的作用。 2.探讨颊针疗法对老年患者术后认知功能的影响。 3.为老年患者术后康复提供新的非药物治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate the role of cheek acupuncture in improving sleep quality in elderly patients following knee replacement surgery. 2. Investigate the impact of cheek acupuncture on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients. 3. Provide new non-pharmacological treatment options for postoperative rehabilitation in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

手术开始前30 min、术后1天（T1）、术后2天（T2）、术后3天（T3）行颊针治疗 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Buccal needle therapy was administered at four time points: 30 minutes prior to surgery commencement, postoperative day 1 (T1), postoperative day 2 (T2), and postoperative day 3 (T3). 

纳入标准：

1.择期椎管内麻醉下行全膝关节置换术的患者； 2. 年龄≥65岁； 3.ASA分级 I~III； 4.BMI 16~30 kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients scheduled to undergo total knee replacement under spinal anesthesia; 2.Age >= 65 years; 3.ASA grade I–III; 4.BMI 16–30 kg/m2.

排除标准：

1.既往有精神类疾病； 2.意识不清或听力下降而导致的交流障碍； 3.血压及（或）血糖过高； 4.凝血功能异常； 5.严重心脑血管疾病后遗症； 6.术前存在睡眠障碍，PSQI≥7分； 7.伴有睡眠呼吸暂停或中、重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征； 8.不适宜实施颊针（如面部破损感染、有出血倾向、对金属过敏）。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of psychiatric disorders. 2.Communication barriers due to impaired consciousness or hearing loss. 3.Poorly controlled hypertension and/or hyperglycemia. 4.Coagulation dysfunction. 5.Sequelae of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases. 6.Pre-existing sleep disturbances, with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >= 7. 7.Comorbid sleep apnea or moderate-to-severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS). 8.Contraindications to cheek acupuncture (e.g., facial skin lesions/infections, bleeding tendency,metal allergy).
