研究目的：

探讨硫酸镁注射液在全身麻醉下经腹腔镜子宫切除术（laparoscopic hysterectomy，LH）患者中应用的安全性及对患者术后恢复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety of magnesium sulfate injection in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy (LH) under general anesthesia and its effect on the quality of postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟在全身麻醉下行腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者； 2.年龄 30-60 岁； 3.体重指数(BMI) 18-23.9 kg/m^2； 4.美国麻醉学会(ASA)分级：I-II 级； 5.手术时间为 1h-3h

Inclusion criteria

1. In general anesthesia downlink laparoscopic hysterectomy patients; 2. Age 30-60 years old; 3. The body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 23.9 kg/m^2; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; 5. The operation time was 1h-3h

排除标准：

1.因语言障碍、精神障碍等无法配合者； 2.合并心脏疾病（房室传导障碍、高血压、冠心病）者； 3.肝功能障碍（谷丙转氨酶>40U/L、谷草转氨酶>40U/L）者； 4.肾功能障碍（肌酐>177μmol/L）者； 5.1 个月内服用过阿片类药物者； 6.合并神经系统疾病、糖尿病、神经肌肉疾病史者； 7.电解质紊乱的患者； 8.肾上腺皮质功能减退的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Because of the language barrier, mental disorders such as unable to cooperate; 2. Patients with heart disease (atrioventricular conduction disorder, hypertension, coronary heart disease); 3. Liver dysfunction (ALT > 40 u/L, AST> 40 u/L); 4. Renal dysfunction (creatinine >177μmol/L); 5. Patients who had taken opioids within 1 months; 6. Patients with a history of nervous system diseases, diabetes mellitus or neuromuscular diseases; 7. Patients with electrolyte disorders; 8. Patients with adrenal insufficiency
