研究目的:

本研究拟通过16S rDNA高通量测序结合非靶向代谢组学手段,对牙周病、龋病、牙周病合并龋病患者以及配对健康人群的唾液和牙菌斑微生态进行系统研究,分析筛选不同疾病状态下的关键致病物种,寻找具有对疾病进展预测和诊断的潜在生物标志物,以及和疾病相关代谢通路,进而解释牙周病合并龋病发病机制。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to systematically investigate the salivary and dental plaque microecology of patients with periodontitis, dental caries, and comorbid periodontitis and dental caries, as well as paired healthy controls, using 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing combined with untargeted metabolomics. The research will analyze and identify key pathogenic species under different disease states, screen for potential biomarkers predictive and diagnostic of disease progression, and explore disease-related metabolic pathways, thereby elucidating the pathogenesis of comorbid periodontal disease and dental caries.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄 >=18 且 <=70岁;
2.口内牙齿数目大于 20 颗(第三磨牙不纳入统计);
3.近3个月没有牙周治疗史或者龋齿充填治疗史;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years and <=70 years;
2.Presence of more than 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity (third molars were excluded );
3.No history of periodontal treatment or dental restoration for caries within the past 3 months;

排除标准:

1.口腔内有明显的未治疗的口腔脓肿;
2.口腔癌前病变及口腔癌;
3.口腔真菌感染;
4.糖尿病、高血压、自身免疫系统疾病等病史;
5.长期服药史,6 个月内使用过抗生素持续 5 天或以上;
6.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女;
7.过量饮酒:男性饮酒折合乙醇量大于30g/d,女性饮酒折合乙醇量大于20g/d;
8.长期大量抽烟;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Presence of untreated oral abscesses;
2.Oral precancerous lesions or oral cancer;
3.Oral fungal infections;
4.History of systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or autoimmune disorders;
5.Long-term medication use or antibiotic usage for 5 consecutive days or more within the past 6 months;
6.Pregnancy or lactation;
7.Excessive alcohol consumption: daily alcohol intake >30 g/day for men and >20 g/day for women;
8.Long-term heavy smoking;
