研究目的：

本研究旨在针对不同健康状态儿童青少年在解剖结构及软组织力学特性方面的差异，系统评估其对运动捕捉与姿势控制测量准确性的影响。通过构建正常、超重及肥胖等分级分类的儿童青少年基础人体模型，并结合具有不同力学特性的服装材料参数模型，采用有限元分析方法，探讨材料—软组织相互作用对定点标记稳定性及测量误差的影响机制。同时，针对传统姿势控制评价忽略运动速度因素的不足，构建融合“支撑面—质心—移动速度”的精准评估模型，以更全面、动态地量化儿童青少年姿势控制能力，为临床评估与干预研究提供方法学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the impact of the differences in anatomical structure and soft tissue mechanical properties among children and adolescents with different health conditions on the accuracy of motion capture and posture control measurements. By constructing basic human body models of children and adolescents classified as normal, overweight and obese, and combining with parameter models of clothing materials with different mechanical properties, the finite element analysis method was adopted to explore the influence mechanism of material-soft tissue interaction on the stability of fixed-point marking and measurement errors. Meanwhile, in view of the deficiency of traditional posture control evaluation that ignores the factor of movement speed, a precise assessment model integrating "support surface - center of mass - movement speed" is constructed to quantify the posture control ability of children and adolescents more comprehensively and dynamically, providing a methodological basis for clinical assessment and intervention research.

纳入标准：

1.年龄及性别：健康儿童青少年，分为三个年龄组：7岁组、12岁组和18岁组，每组12人，男女各6人。 2. BMI 分布： 7岁组：男性 BMI < 17（3人）、BMI > 18.7（3人）；女性 BMI < 16.8（3人）、BMI > 18.5（3人） 12岁组：男性 BMI < 20.7（3人）、BMI > 24.1（3人）；女性 BMI < 21.5（3人）、BMI > 23.9（3人） 18岁组：男性 BMI < 24（3人）、BMI > 28（3人）；女性 BMI < 24（3人）、BMI > 28（3人） 3. 健康状况：受试者身体健康，无影响实验的疾病或特殊情况。 4.知情同意：受试者本人及监护人（未成年人）签署知情同意书，并能理解研究内容。 5.实验配合：受试者能够遵守实验安排并完成所有测试。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age and gender: Healthy children and adolescents, divided into three age groups: 7-year-old group, 12-year-old group and 18-year-old group, with 12 people in each group, including 6 boys and 6 girls. 2.BMI distribution: 7-year-old group: Male BMI < 17 (3 people), BMI > 18.7 (3 people); Female BMI < 16.8 (3 people), BMI > 18.5 (3 people) 12-year-old group: Male BMI < 20.7 (3 people), BMI > 24.1 (3 people); Female BMI < 21.5 (3 people), BMI > 23.9 (3 people) 18-year-old group: Male BMI < 24 (3 people), BMI > 28 (3 people); Female BMI < 24 (3 people), BMI > 28 (3 people) 3.Health status: The subjects were in good health, without any diseases or special circumstances that would affect the experiment. 4.Informed consent: The subject and their guardian (minor) sign the informed consent form and can understand the research content. 5.Experimental cooperation: The subjects were able to follow the experimental schedule and complete all tests.

排除标准：

①既往或现有严重心、脑、肺等器质性疾病，或其他可能影响运动能力和姿势控制的疾病； ②近期有急性疾病、骨折、手术或受伤史影响实验操作； ③存在影响实验安全或数据可靠性的特殊情况，如认知障碍、行为异常等； ④拒绝或无法配合实验操作及测试安排。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Past or current severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, etc., or other diseases that may affect motor ability and posture control; 2. Recent history of acute diseases, fractures, surgeries or injuries that affect experimental operations; 3. There are special circumstances that affect the safety of the experiment or the reliability of the data, such as cognitive impairment, abnormal behavior, etc. 4. Refuse or be unable to cooperate with the experimental operation and test arrangement.
