分析头颈鳞癌患者的牙周炎与免疫治疗疗效影响及预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the correlation between periodontitis, immunotherapy efficacy, and prognosis in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

纳入标准：

1. 经病理明确诊断为头颈鳞癌，且依据RECIST 1.1，至少有一个可测量靶病灶; 2. 接受免疫治疗; 3. 研究期间配合牙周检查及影像学检查; 4. 自愿参加本研究，依从性良好，签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma through pathology, and according to RECIST 1.1, there is at least one measurable target lesion. 2. Receive immunotherapy. 3. Cooperate with periodontal and imaging examinations during the study period. 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, have good compliance, and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 基线检查牙周张口度＜2cm； 2. 全口无牙颌或种植修复体＞50%；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Baseline examination shows that the periodontal opening is less than 2cm. 2. Complete edentulism or implant restoration>50%.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

利用山东大学齐鲁医院病案信息查阅系统检索患者的信息资料，并整理纳入患者的临床资料，包括人口学资料、现病史、既往史、实验室检查、影像学资料，采集患者的肿瘤标本，患者进行牙周检查（牙周探针），采集患者唾液、龈沟液进行牙周炎分析，随访记录患者免疫治疗用药后4w、12w、24w的免疫疗效及影像学检查，及2年的生存期、无进展生存期。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Using the medical record information retrieval system of Qilu Hospital, Shandong University, retrieve patient information and organize clinical data, including demographic data, current medical history, past medical history, laboratory tests, and imaging data. Collect tumor specimens from patients, conduct periodontal examinations (periodontal probes), collect saliva and gingival crevicular fluid for periodontitis analysis, and follow up to record the immune efficacy and imaging examinations of patients at 4, 12, and 24 weeks after immunotherapy, as well as their 2-year survival and progression free survival.
