研究目的:

基于双能X线的骨质疏松症(OP)筛查普及率极低(不足3.7%)。骨转换生物标志物(BTMs)具有高灵敏度、高特异度、高时效性的优势,十分适合OP早期筛查。针对目前BTMs检测工作的不足,申请人提出“可控接枝、叠氮镀层”纳米酶@分子印迹探针用于特异、高敏、可重复的多联BTMs检测,联合智能纸基微流控平台实现结果的实时输出和骨密度、骨折风险的在线评估。  

Objectives of Study:

The prevalence of osteoporosis (OP) screening based on dual-energy X-ray is extremely low (less than 3.7%). Bone turnover biomarkers (BTMs) have the advantages of high sensitivity, high specificity, and high timeliness, making them highly suitable for early screening of OP. In response to the current shortcomings of BTM detection work, the applicant proposes the use of "controllable grafting, azide coating" nanoenzymes@molecular imprinting probes for specific, highly sensitive, and repeatable multi-biomarker detection. Combined with an intelligent paper-based microfluidic platform, it enables real-time output of results and online assessment of bone density and fracture risk.

纳入标准:

骨量正常及骨量减少人群均可入组

Inclusion criteria

Both individuals with normal bone density and those with reduced bone density can be included in the study.

排除标准:

此处所有样本排除患有癌症、肝病、肾脏疾病、代谢性疾病或遗传性骨病的患者,排除使用可能影响骨代谢药物的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

All the samples in this study excluded patients with cancer, liver disease, kidney disease, metabolic disorders or hereditary bone diseases, as well as those who were using drugs that might affect bone metabolism.
