This study aims to investigate the current situation and concerns of Chinese physicians' use of self-media, and explore how it affects the physician-patient relationship by influencing physicians' empathy and patients' trust.

1）医生视角：具有执医资格的临床、口腔等医生。 2）患者视角：年龄 ≥18岁，≤65岁的患者。

1) Physician's perspective: Clinical, dental and other physicians with practicing qualifications. 2) Patient perspective: Patients aged >=18 years and <=65 years.
