研究目的：

采用丹栀逍遥散加减联合绘画疗法对非酒精性脂肪肝的临床治疗其目的是减轻病症最终达到治愈的目的以及对疾病所产生的伴随性心理疾病进行及时识别与治疗  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of the clinical treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) using the adjusted Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with art therapy is to alleviate symptoms with the ultimate goal of curing the disease, as well as to promptly identify and treat the accompanying psychological disorders caused by the illnes

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗方式1：丹栀逍遥散加减：按照标准剂量，每日两次，连续治疗6个月。焦栀子 10 g，牡丹皮 15 g，当归 15 g，柴胡 10 g，白芍 15 g，白术 15 g，茯苓 20 g，茵陈 25 g，赤芍 10 g， 泽泻 15 g，山楂 15 g，旱莲草 10 g，炒枳壳 10 g，苍术 10 g，丹参 15 g，生甘草 8 g，水煎顿服，早晚各 1 次，1 剂 /d，用药期间忌油腻、辛辣、生冷食物，切勿饮酒。持续6个月。 治疗方式2：绘画治疗每月两次，每次两小时，由专业心理治疗师指导，持续6个月。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Treatment 1: Dan gardenia free and easy san plus reduction: according to the standard dosage, twice a day, continuous treatment for 6 months.Jiao gardenia 10 g, mudanpi 15 g, angelica sinensis 15 g, chaihu 10 g, white peony 15 g, atractylodes macrocephala 15 g, poria 20 g, chennai 25 g, red peony 10 g, zedoary 15 g, hawthorn 15 g, dry lotus herb 10 g, fried hedgerow shells 10 g, cangzhu 10 g, salvia miltiorrhiza 15 g, raw glycyrrhiza glabra 8 g, decocted with water and taken in the morning and evening 1 time each time, 1 dose /d, avoid oily and spicy food during the period of using the medicine,cold food, do not drink alcohol.Continue for 6 months. Treatment 2: Painting therapy twice a month, two hours each time, under the guidance of a professional psychotherapist, for 6 months. 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄在25-30岁之间的年轻男女患者，其目的确保没有其他机体功能的衰变导致的肝功能问题。 （2）经B超或CT诊断为非酒精性脂肪肝。 （3）未接受过其他脂肪肝特定治疗。 （4）满足上述1.2.3的基础上在心理健康量表上同时满足对生活质量评分低以及HAMA量表上体现出高度焦虑才可纳入样本群体

Inclusion criteria

1) Young male and female patients aged between 25 and 30 years, with the purpose to ensure that there are no liver function issues caused by the decline of other bodily functions. (2) Diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) via ultrasound or CT scan. (3) Have not received any other specific treatments for fatty liver disease. (4) On the basis of satisfying conditions 1, 2, and 3, only those who also have a low quality of life score on a mental health scale and exhibit high anxiety (on the HAMA (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) can be included in the sample group

排除标准：

（1）有严重心脏、肝脏、肾脏或其他系统性疾病的患者。 （2）孕妇或哺乳期妇女。 （3）对研究药物或材料过敏的患者。 （4）满足非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断标准但是没有同时满足生活质量得分上得分低或HAMA得分上未满足焦虑诊断标准

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, or other systemic diseases. (2) Pregnant or breastfeeding women. (3) Patients allergic to the study medication or materials. (4) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease but do not have a low score in quality of life or do not meet the anxiety diagnostic criteria on the HAMA scale.

采用分层抽样的随机方法，随机序列由R语言程序产生并且进行编码，在选符合标准的大样本1000人进行并分组，分成10组，每组100人，再从每组100人中分为10组，每组抽取10人，最后总共抽取抽取100人，100人在按干预方法分成对照组50人，实验组50人进行干预实验。

Using a stratified random sampling method, random sequences are generated and coded by the R programming language. Among the large sample of 1,000 individuals who meet the inclusion criteria, patients are divided into 10 groups, each consisting of 100 individuals. Then, from each group of 100 individuals, further divide into 10 subgroups, from which 10 individuals are drawn, resulting in a total of 100 selected participants. These 100 individuals are then divided according to the intervention method into a control group of 50 individuals and an experimental group of 50 individuals to conduct the intervention experiment.
