探讨胸阻抗断层成像技术（Electrical impedance tomography,EIT）指导个体化PEEP对肥胖患者腹腔镜胃减容术后肺部并发症的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of thoracic impedance tomography (EIT) guided individualized PEEP on pulmonary complications after laparoscopic gastric reduction in obese patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.美国麻醉医师协会ASA I~Ⅲ级； 2.18岁<=年龄<=65岁； 3.择期全麻下行腹腔镜胃减容术； 4.35<=BMI<=55 kg/m^2； 5.自愿参加该项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.American Society of Anesthesiologists ASA Class I to III; 2.18 years old ≤ 65 years old; 3.Laparoscopic gastric volume reduction under elective general anesthesia; 4.35<=BMI<=55 kg/m 2 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.吸烟，既往胸外科手术史 2.30d内接受过有创机械通气 3.妊娠 4.对EIT电极片过敏者 5.持续的血流动力学不稳定或难治性休克 6.严重心肺疾病（如重度COPD，NYHA分级Ⅲ或Ⅳ级，急性冠状动脉综合征或持续性室速） 7.严重肺动脉高压（收缩期肺动脉压＞40mmHg） 8.颅内压增高、颅内损伤或肿瘤或神经肌肉疾病 9.中转开腹手术

Exclusion criteria：

1. Smoking, previous history of thoracic surgery 2. Received invasive mechanical ventilation within 30 days 3. Pregnancy 4. People allergic to EIT electrode sheets 5. Persistent hemodynamic instability or refractory shock 6. Severe cardiopulmonary diseases (such as severe COPD, NYHA grade III or IV, acute coronary syndrome or persistent ventricular tachycardia) 7. Severe pulmonary hypertension (systolic pulmonary artery pressure > 40mmHg) 8. Increased intracranial pressure, intracranial injury or tumor, or neuromuscular disease 9. Conversion to open surgery
