研究目的：

开发并完善基于大模型的虚拟病人系统，设计严谨的对照教学试验，以科学方法评价该系统对医学生临床知识掌握、诊断思维、沟通能力及临床决策能力的影响。通过多维度教学效果评估，明确虚拟病人系统的优势与不足，形成可推广的教育模式和标准，为医学院校智能教学资源建设提供理论和实践支持。  

Objectives of Study：

Develop and refine a virtual patient system based on large models, design rigorous controlled teaching experiments, and scientifically evaluate the impact of this system on medical students' mastery of clinical knowledge, diagnostic thinking, communication skills, and clinical decision-making abilities. Through multi-dimensional teaching effect evaluation, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the virtual patient system, formulate scalable educational models and standards, and provide theoretical and practical support for the construction of intelligent teaching resources in medical colleges and universities.

纳入标准：

预期纳入本校医学院本科生每年级各30人（大一到大五），共150名志愿者。要求健康状况良好，具备基本临床知识，签署书面知情同意，同意参与教学实验并接受数据采集。

Inclusion criteria

It is expected to include 30 undergraduates from each grade (freshman to senior year) from the medical school of our university, totaling 150 volunteers. They are required to be in good health, possess basic clinical knowledge, sign a written informed consent, agree to participate in teaching experiments, and accept data collection.
