研究目的：

健康的生活方式能够减缓老年人的记忆力减退。老年骨科患者术后认知功能障碍发生率高，严重影响患者的生命健康。健康的生活方式是否影响到老年骨科患者术后认知，尚未见报道。探讨老年骨科患者健康生活方式与术后认知功能障碍的关系  

Objectives of Study：

A healthy lifestyle can slow the elderly's memory loss. Postoperative cognitive impairment in elderly orthopedic patients is high, which seriously affects the patient's life and health. Whether a healthy lifestyle affects postoperative cognition in elderly orthopedic patients has not been reported. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between healthy lifestyle and postoperative cognitive impairment in elderly orthopedic patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于65岁，性别不限；
2.需要进行单侧髋关节置换术患者；
3.ASA分级为Ⅰ-Ⅲ级；
4.同意参加本研究者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 65 years old, regardless of gender;
2.Patients requiring unilateral hip replacement surgery;
3.ASA is graded I-III;
4.Agree to participate in the researcher;

排除标准：

1.MMSE评分＜24分或因各种病因引起的痴呆、术前有谵妄、神经或精神疾病史；
2.目前使用镇静剂或抗抑郁药；
3.存在语言障碍、严重的听力或视力障碍；
4.ASA分级Ⅳ级及以上；

Exclusion criteria：

1.MMSE score < 24 or dementia due to various causes, preoperative delirium, and a history of neurological or psychiatric disorders;
2.Currently using sedatives or antidepressants;
3.Presence of speech impairment, severe hearing or visual impairment;
4.There are language barriers, severe hearing or visual impairments.
5.ASA classification level IV and above;
