研究目的：

調查一項為期六週的工具整合懷舊治療計劃對老年人憂鬱，自尊，行為困擾，孤寂感和生活滿意度的影響。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of a 6-week Instrumental Integrative Reminiscence Therapy programs on Elders' depression, self-esteem, behavioral disturbances, loneliness, and life satisfaction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 65歲（含）以上，100歲以下的長者。 2) 可用國、台語溝通者。 3) 受試者自願參加並簽署知情同意書者

Inclusion criteria

1)Elderly individuals aged 65 years (inclusive) to under 100 years. 2)Those who are proficient in both Mandarin and Taiwanese. 3)Participants who volunteer to take part and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1)過去曾接受懷舊治療訓練者。 2) 經醫師診斷有嚴重精神疾病（依據國際疾病分類第十版 International Classification of Disease-10; ICD-10，包含的疾病診斷為思覺失調症、重度憂鬱症與躁鬱症等），無法配合訓練進行者。 3) 嚴重聽力或溝通能力障礙者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Those who have previously undergone reminiscence therapy training. 2)Individuals diagnosed with severe mental disorders by a physician (according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition; ICD-10), including diagnoses such as schizophrenia, severe depressive disorder, and bipolar disorder, who are unable to participate in the training. 3)Those with severe hearing impairments or communication difficulties.
