研究目的：

探究神经肌肉电刺激（NMES）对重症患者静脉血流的影响，何时达到血流高峰，以及是否维持高峰值，丰富NMES在重症患者中的应用效果；同时，还探究神经肌肉电刺激和足底泵在重症患者中血流速度、凝血指标以及DVT预防的应用效果比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) on venous blood flow in critically ill patients, determine when peak blood flow is achieved, and whether peak values are sustained, thereby enhancing the efficacy of NMES application in this population. Concurrently, to compare the efficacy of neuromuscular electrical stimulation and foot pumps in critically ill patients regarding blood flow velocity, coagulation parameters, and deep vein thrombosis (DVT) prevention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.入住ICU时经评估血栓风险评分>=5分（高危）； 3.入住ICU后经超声检查无DVT（根据《深静脉血栓形成的超声诊断指南》标准）； 4.APACHE II <=25分； 5.评估干预期间内生命体征处于稳定状态，其中包括平均动脉压>=65 mmHg,且波动范围＜15%，氧合指数>=250 mmHg,SpO2(94%-98%),格拉斯哥评分≥>=9分患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Thrombosis risk score >= 5 (high risk) upon ICU admission; 3. No DVT detected by ultrasound after ICU admission (according to the "Ultrasound Diagnosis Guidelines for Deep Vein Thrombosis"); 4. APACHE II <= 25; 5. Vital signs remain stable during the intervention period, including mean arterial pressure >= 65 mmHg with fluctuations < 15%, oxygenation index >= 250 mmHg, SpO2 (94%-98%), and Glasgow Coma Scale score >= 9.

排除标准：

1.责任医生综合评估患者存在需要抢救的风险可能性； 2.腓总神经（粘贴电极片）处皮肤存在溃疡、外伤、皮炎、感染等原因而无法实施者； 3.癫痫患者； 4.植入心脏起搏器者； 5.对电极片过敏.

Exclusion criteria：

1.The attending physician comprehensively assessed the patient's potential risk requiring emergency intervention. 2.Where the skin at the site of the common peroneal nerve (where the electrode patch is applied) is affected by ulcers, trauma, dermatitis, infection, or other conditions rendering application impossible; 3.epileptic; 4.Individuals with implanted cardiac pacemakers; 5.Allergy to electrode pads.
