研究目的:

平衡装置训练能否有效提高相关运动员及运动爱好者的本体感觉和神经肌肉控制能力,能否改善落地动作中的生物力学性能  

Objectives of Study:

To verify whether balance device training can effectively improve proprioception and neuromuscular control in relevant athletes and sports enthusiasts, and whether it can enhance biomechanical performance during landing movements

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.健康校级男性足球运动员,每周运动3次以上; 2.试验前6个月内无影响运动能力的身体和认知条件,无下肢损伤史,无下肢手术史,无关节退行性疾病,无视觉和前庭功能障碍; 3.髋关节、膝关节、踝关节全范围活动正常,身体机能及运动能力良好; 4.所有受试者在试验前24h内未从事剧烈运动。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy male football players at the school level, exercising more than three times a week; 2. No physical or cognitive conditions affecting athletic performance in the six months prior to the experiment, no history of lower limb injuries, no history of lower limb surgery, no degenerative joint disease, no visual or vestibular dysfunction; 3. Normal full range of motion in hip, knee, and ankle joints, with good physical function and athletic ability; 4. All subjects had not engaged in strenuous exercise within 24 hours before the experiment.

排除标准:

1.膝关节骨性关节炎; 2.髌骨肌腱炎; 3.下肢韧带或其他软组织损伤; 4.神经功能缺损

Exclusion criteria:

1. Knee osteoarthritis; 2. Patellar tendinitis; 3. Ligament or other soft tissue injuries of the lower limb; 4. Neurological deficits

Intervention:

Participants first completed a 4-min warm-up, followed by 5 min of stretching of the lower-extremity muscles. Each muscle group was stretched to the maximal tolerable level of pain. Next, participants performed 5 min of strength training (including 100 m walking lunges, completed in 2 min), 30 bilateral-toe raises completed in 1 min (repeated twice), and 30 single-leg toe raises completed within 1 min. They then performed 10 min of plyometric training: 20 lateral hops over a cone, 20 forward hops over a cone, and 10 single-leg forward hops over a cone on the left and right sides, all with maximal jump distance; 20 vertical jumps and 20 scissors jumps, both with maximal jump height. Each jump task was completed in 1 min and repeated twice. Finally, participants completed 6 min of agility training, including a 100 m shuttle run with forward and backward running, diagonal runs, and bounding runs, all performed at maximal effort and maximal speed within 2 min.

Intervention:

Proprioceptive perturbations were added to the PEP program. After the warm-up and stretching, participants performed 4 min of strength training, followed by 5 min of plyometric training. This was followed by 6 min of agility training and then 6 min of proprioceptive perturbation training. Athletes were instructed to perform lunges, half squats, and single-leg half squats with maximal effort while maintaining neutral knee alignment and continuous balance throughout. Each movement lasted 2 min, with 1 min per side for the left and right tasks.
