研究目的：

1.确定基于循证理念下适用于高龄且拟行髋关节置换术的患者术前预康复干预方案并进行效果评估。 2.构建高龄髋关节置换术患者预康复方案的标准化语言库，并导入本院所构建的护理决策支持系统中用于临床使用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a preoperative rehabilitation intervention plan based on evidence-based principles that is suitable for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, and evaluate its effectiveness. 2. Build a standardized language database for preoperative rehabilitation plans for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery, and import it into the nursing decision support system established in our hospital for clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=65 岁； 2.因股骨头坏死或髋关节骨关节炎住院接受首次单侧 THA 手术； 3.能主动配合进行术前康复锻炼； 4.知情同意并签署知情同意书； 5.选定一个关节医疗组，手术资质统。一

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=65 years; 2. Hospitalised for primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) due to avascular necrosis of the femoral head or hip osteoarthritis; 3. Able to actively participate in preoperative rehabilitation exercises; 4. Informed consent obtained and consent form signed; 5. Assigned to a designated joint care team with standardised surgical protocols.

排除标准：

1.拟择期行复杂髋关节翻修治疗的患者； 2.合并严重基础疾病导致手术禁忌的患者； 3.重要脏器功能不全的患者； 4.精神障碍或抑郁症者； 5.除选定医疗组以外的其他医疗组 THA 患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients scheduled for complex hip revision surgery; 2. Patients with severe underlying conditions rendering surgery contraindicated; 3. Patients with significant organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with psychiatric disorders or depression; 5. THA patients managed by medical teams other than the designated team.
