研究目的:

借助人脸识别的方法建立腺样体肥大患儿面型筛查系统,实现医生及患者家长早期对于腺样体肥大患儿的筛查诊断,从而实现早期预防、早期治疗,有助于尽快改善患儿的生长发育情况促进颅颌面生长发育,避免系统性疾病的发生发展,达到促进儿童健康生长,维护其身心健康等目的。  

Objectives of Study:

With the help of face recognition method to establish adenoid hypertrophy children's facial screening system, to realize the early screening and diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy children by doctors and patients' parents, so as to realize early prevention and early treatment, which can help to improve the children's growth and development as soon as possible to promote the cranio-maxillo-facial growth and development, to avoid the occurrence and development of systematic diseases, and to achieve the purpose of promoting the children's healthy growth and safeguarding their physical and mental health.

纳入标准:

纳入2019年1月-2023年6月起在空军军医大学口腔医院正畸科因为各种原因就诊被判定为腺样体肥大的儿童200例,年龄3-15岁。同期也收集3-15岁无腺样体肥大的正常儿童200例作为对照组。所有的儿童均有清晰的面部正面和侧面照片。患者监护人同意患者参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Two hundred children, aged 3-15 years, who were diagnosed with adenoidal hypertrophy at the Department of Orthodontics, Stomatology Hospital, Air Force Military Medical University, from January 2019 to June 2023 for various reasons were included. During the same period, 200 cases of normal children without adenoid hypertrophy aged 3-15 years were also collected as a control group. All the children have clear frontal and side photos of their faces.The guardian of the patient agreed to the patient's participation in this study.

病历资料缺损,涂改;无初始面相资料。
