研究目的：

探讨肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)这些细胞因子含量变化与臭氧对创面修复作用的关系及可能机制，为臭氧治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的开放性有菌创面提供可靠的理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effects of ozonated water on postoperative open wound healing in patients with high complex anal fistula, and to investigate whether its mechanism is related with to the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、2023年9月至2024年12月山东省济宁医学院附属医院收治的肛瘘患者； 2、MRI诊断为高位复杂性肛瘘； 3、患者年龄18 ～ 65 周岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with anal fistula admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University, Shandong Province, from September 2023 to December 2024. 2. Diagnosed with high-type complex anal fistula by MRI. 3. Patients aged 18 to 65 years.

排除标准：

1、入院前7d内进行相关外科手术或操作治疗者； 2、特异性感染、炎性肠病、外部损伤继发感染导致肛瘘； 3、 严重基础疾病及免疫功能异常的疾病； 4、严重精神疾患、生活不能自理者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone relevant surgical procedures or treatments within 7 days prior to admission; 2. Anal fistulas caused by specific infections, inflammatory bowel disease, or secondary infection from external injuries; 3. Patients with severe underlying diseases or immune dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe mental disorders or those unable to care for themselves;
