研究目的：

采用随机对照试验-平行设计研究表皮使用Pparg激动剂对特应性皮炎的影响。 皮脂腺富含脂质，皮脂腺分泌的皮脂对于滋润皮肤，维持皮肤稳态具有重要作用。特应性皮炎患者皮脂分泌显著减少，而Pparg是调控皮脂细胞分化的关键转录因子。因此本研究使用Pparg激动剂-罗格列酮来促进皮脂分泌，从而修复皮肤屏障。研究采用表皮用药，是为了局部作用，从而避免对其他器官产生影响。  

Objectives of Study：

We conducted a randomized controlled trial with a parallel design to investigate the effects of epidermally applied PPARγ agonists on atopic dermatitis. Sebaceous glands are rich in lipids, and the sebum they secrete plays an essential role in moisturizing the skin and maintaining cutaneous homeostasis. Patients with atopic dermatitis exhibit markedly reduced sebum production, while PPARγ is a key transcription factor regulating sebocyte differentiation. Therefore, this study applied the PPARγ agonist rosiglitazone to enhance sebum secretion and thereby restore the skin barrier. Topical epidermal administration was chosen to achieve a localized effect and avoid potential systemic impacts on other organs.

纳入标准：

1.尽量招募有对称发病部位的特应性皮炎的志愿者。
2.由皮肤干燥导致的特应性皮炎。

Inclusion criteria

1.Recruit volunteers with atopic dermatitis in symmetrical locations.
2.Dry skin induced atopic dermatitis.

排除标准：

1.特应性皮炎部位不能出现明显的皮肤感染或者严重皮损。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Areas with atopic dermatitis should not have skin infections or very severe skin lesions.
