本项研究旨在观察磷丙泊酚二钠在ERCP手术全身麻醉诱导和维持中的有效性和安全性，以期为临床应用提供更多的实践证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of fospropofol disodium for the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia during ERCP procedures, with the goal of providing further practical evidence for its clinical application.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.性别不限， 年龄18～85岁，ASA分级Ⅱ~Ⅲ级； 2.经诊断标准达到ERCP手术指征的患者； 3.资料齐全； 4.均符合麻醉与手术指征； 5.无精神疾病或认知功能障碍； 6.所有患者在纳人研究前均被告知研究内容，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. No gender restrictions, aged 18–85 years, ASA classification II–III; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and indications for ERCP surgery; 3. Complete data; 4. All meet the anesthesia and surgical indications; 5. No mental illness or cognitive impairment; 6. All patients were informed of the study content before enrollment and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.镇痛药物依赖者； 2.既往存在慢性疼痛病史、神经系统病史； 3.心、 肝、肾功能不全； 4.麻醉药物过敏； 5.患者患有活动性感染例(如肺炎)或任何尚未控制 的疾病(例如糖尿病酮症酸中毒、脑梗塞后遗症等); 6.患者在过去周内参加过其他临床试验； 7.研究者判断任何不稳定的或可能危及受试者安全性及其对研究的依从性的状况； 8.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 9.对研究药物及辅料存在过敏情况或之前出现过严重不良反应; 10.患有心理疾病、可能妨碍遵守研究方案和随访计划的社会或地理条件的患者.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals dependent on analgesic drugs; 2. Those with a history of chronic pain or neurological disorders; 3. Patients with heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction; 4. Allergy to anesthetic drugs; 5. Patients with active infections (such as pneumonia) or any uncontrolled disease (e.g., diabetic ketoacidosis, sequelae of cerebral infarction, etc.); 6. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past week; 7. Any condition deemed by the investigator to be unstable or potentially jeopardizing the safety of the participant or their adherence to the study; 8. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 9. Allergic reactions or previous serious adverse reactions to the study drug or its excipients; 10. Patients with mental disorders or social or geographic conditions that may interfere with adherence to the study protocol and follow-up schedule.
