研究目的：

通过对60岁以上老年人群开展早期听力筛查和嗅觉测试，寻找适宜甘肃省的听力筛查工具，并通过人类基因组测序和动物模型蛋白组学分析筛选老年性聋治疗新靶点；明确嗅觉功能测试能否成为监测和评估老年认知功能改善的指标，为临床决策提供相关的理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By conducting early hearing screening and olfactory tests in the elderly population over 60 years old, we aim to identify suitable hearing screening tools for Gansu Province, and screen for new therapeutic targets for age-related hearing loss through human genome sequencing and proteomic analysis in animal models. Additionally, we seek to determine whether olfactory function tests can serve as indicators for monitoring and assessing the improvement of cognitive function in the elderly, thereby providing a theoretical basis for clinical decision-making.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

PTA测试、hearWHO测试、ZIN测试、嗅觉测试 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Pure tone threshold audiometry, hearWHO app, ZIN Test, olfactory test 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁，性别不限；（2）能够配合完成纯音听阈（PTA）测试、中文版hearWHO和ZIN测试、嗅觉测试；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged >= 60 years, both males and females; (2) Able to cooperate in completing Pure tone threshold audiometry, the Chinese version of the hearWHO app, ZIN Test, and olfactory test

排除标准：

（1）有严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法理解并执行测试指令；（2）无法配合完成测试或拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders that prevent understanding and/or following test instructions; (2) Inability to cooperate in completing the tests or refusal to sign the informed consent form.
