研究目的：

1.纵向了解患者在造血干细胞移植期间的症状，应用探索性因子分析提取症状群，确定该类患者的症状群种类及其内部构成。 2.探索患者围移植期不同时间节点的症状群，探讨症状群的变化轨迹和趋势，分析相关影响因素，为制定症状群管理策略提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Longitudinally understand the symptoms of patients during hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and use exploratory factor analysis to extract symptom clusters and determine the types and internal composition of symptom clusters of these patients. 2. Explore the symptom clusters of patients at different time points during the peri-transplant period, explore the change trajectory and trend of symptom clusters, analyze the related influencing factors, and provide a basis for the development of symptom cluster management strategies.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合世界卫生组织发布的《第5版血液淋巴肿瘤分类》诊断标准，确诊为血液恶性肿瘤的患者； 2. 即将进行造血干细胞移植患者，包括二次移植； 3. 年龄：>=14岁，男女不限； 4. 意识清楚，具有基本理解和沟通能力，能完成调查者； 5. 自愿参加本研究者； 6. 病情允许，并且知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients were diagnosed with hematological malignancies according to the diagnostic criteria of the 5th edition of the World Health Organization classification of hematological malignancies; 2. Patients who will undergo hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, including second transplantation; 3. Age: >=14 years old, male or female; 4. Clear consciousness, basic understanding and communication skills, and able to complete the investigation; 5. Volunteer to participate in the study; 6. Condition permitting, and informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并重大精神或心理疾病； 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤性疾病；

Exclusion criteria：

1. complicated with major mental or psychological diseases; 2. complicated with other malignant tumors;
