本项通过非靶向代谢组学技术，分析腺肌病患者与对照组卵泡液代谢谱的差异；验证已知与生育结局相关的代谢物面板；探索卵泡液代谢物与卵巢微环境蛋白表达的关系；构建基于卵泡液代谢物的预测模型，评估其对临床妊娠结局的预测能力。  

Objectives of Study：

This project analyzed the differences in the follicular fluid metabolic profiles between patients with adenomyosis and the control group through non-targeted metabolomics technology. Verify the known metabolite panel related to reproductive outcomes; Explore the relationship between follicular fluid metabolites and the expression of ovarian microenvironment proteins; To construct a predictive model based on follicular fluid metabolites and evaluate its predictive ability for clinical pregnancy outcomes.

纳入标准：

腺肌病经阴道超声确诊；年龄18-45岁；规律月经；合作随访

Inclusion criteria

Adenomyosis is diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound. Age: 18-45 Regular menstruation; Cooperative follow-up

排除标准：

其他内分泌/免疫/肿瘤疾病；影响妊娠因素（如代谢病、子宫畸形、卵巢储备下降）

Exclusion criteria：

Other endocrine/immune/tumor diseases; Factors affecting pregnancy (such as metabolic diseases, uterine malformations, and decreased ovarian reserve)
