研究目的：

1. 主要研究目的： 肺癌病理类型转化（histological transformation,HT）的发生率。 2. 次要研究目的 1) 肺癌病理类型转化对患者生存预后的影响； 2) 肺癌病理类型转化前后病理特征的变化情况； 3) 不同方案治疗压力下的肺癌病理类型转化情况； 4) 肺癌发生病理类型转化预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary research objective: The incidence of histological transformation (HT) in lung cancer. 2. Secondary research objectives: 1) The impact of histological transformation on patient survival prognosis; 2) Changes in pathological features before and after histological transformation; 3) Histological transformation patterns under different treatment regimens; 4) Predictive indicators for histological transformation in lung cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经组织病理学明确为原发性肺癌（依据WHO 2021肺癌分类标准）的患者；
2.出现复发转移灶，并且获取复发转移灶病理的患者；
3.病理信息经过免疫组化明确判断；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with histopathologically confirmed primary lung cancer according to the WHO 2021 classification criteria;
2.Presence of recurrent or metastatic lesions with pathological confirmation of the lesions;
3.Pathological information definitively characterized by immunohistochemistry (IHC);

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤病史个人史；
2.存在同时性多原发肺癌的患者；
3.病理组织未能明确判断病理类型的患者；
4.存在其他情况不能判断为肺癌原发灶及复发转移灶的患者；
5.研究者认为其不适合参加本试验的其他情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Personal history of other malignancies;
2.Patients with synchronous multiple primary lung cancers (confirmed by histopathological and molecular criteria per IASLC guidelines);
3.Pathological specimens indeterminate for histological classification after comprehensive IHC/NGS analysis;
4.Cases with ambiguous origin (primary vs. metastatic) despite multidisciplinary review;
5.Other conditions contraindicating study participation as assessed by investigators;
