研究目的：

1.通过共聚焦显微镜收集类风湿关节炎患者的角膜基质微点、角膜神经和免疫细胞相关参数，探究类风湿关节炎患者角膜基质微点沉积变化规律以及角膜神经和免疫细胞参数特点；分析其与类风湿关节炎患者全身临床表现（VAS评分、SF-36生活质量评分）、影像学进展（Sharp评分）及干眼严重程度的相关性 2.比较类风湿关节炎患者与健康对照者之间结膜囊微生物组的多样性、群落结构及组成差异。 3.通过OCTA收集类风湿关节炎患者视网膜血流信息，与健康对照者对比，探究类风湿关节炎患者视网膜血流特点。 4.探究RA患者结膜囊特定菌属的相对丰度与疾病活动度（DAS-28评分、ESR、CRP等）、全身临床表现、角膜神经参数、朗格汉斯细胞密度、视网膜微循环参数及干眼严重程度的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To collect corneal stromal micropuncture, corneal nerve, and immune cell-related parameters via confocal microscopy in rheumatoid arthritis patients, investigating the deposition patterns of corneal stromal micropunctate and the characteristics of corneal nerve and immune cell parameters; analyzing their correlations with systemic clinical manifestations (VAS score, SF-36 quality of life score), radiographic progression (Sharp score), and dry eye severity in rheumatoid arthritis patients. 2.To compare the diversity, community structure, and composition of the conjunctival sac microbiome between rheumatoid arthritis patients and healthy controls. 3.To collect retinal blood flow information via OCTA in rheumatoid arthritis patients and compare it with healthy controls, exploring the characteristics of retinal blood flow in rheumatoid arthritis patients. 4.To investigate the correlations between the relative abundance of specific bacterial genera in the conjunctival sac of rheumatoid arthritis patients and disease activity (DAS-28 score, ESR, CRP, etc.), systemic clinical manifestations, corneal nerve parameters, Langerhans cell density, retinal microcirculation parameters, and dry eye severity.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-75周岁，性别不限； 2.符合2010年ACR/EULAR类风湿关节炎分类诊断标准； 3.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18–75 years, both genders; 2. meeting the 2010 ACR/EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis; 3.voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患有其他自身免疫性疾病及家族史； 2.患有累及角膜的全身性疾病，如糖尿病； 3.患有角膜疾病，如角膜营养不良、角膜炎、圆锥角膜等； 4.葡萄膜炎病史； 5.眼外伤史； 6.角膜接触镜佩戴史； 7.角膜手术史； 8.前4周内使用过局部眼用抗生素、糖皮质激素或免疫抑制剂； 9.研究者判断不适合参与本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosis of other autoimmune diseases or a family history thereof; 2.Presence of systemic diseases affecting the cornea, such as diabetes mellitus; 3.Corneal diseases, such as corneal dystrophy, keratitis, keratoconus, etc.; 4.History of uveitis; 5.History of ocular trauma; 6.History of contact lens wear; 7.History of corneal surgery; 8.Use of topical ophthalmic antibiotics, corticosteroids, or immunosuppressants within the preceding 4 weeks; 9.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigators.
