明确围绝经期女性睡眠质量和TLR4/NF-κB/IL-1β通路的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the correlation between sleep quality and the TLR4/NF-κB/IL-1β pathway in perimenopausal women

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

围绝经期失眠患者组（失眠组）： 1.符合非器质性睡眠障碍（参照 ICD-10）的女性患者； 2.年龄45-60岁； 3.PSQI评分≥8分； 4.伴有围绝经期症状者； 围绝经期未失眠组（对照组） 1.年龄 45-60 岁女性；2.近 1 年未经历失眠或未曾有失眠症状者；3.伴有围绝经期症状者。

Inclusion criteria

Perimenopausal Insomnia Patient Group (Insomnia Group): 1.Female patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for Non-Organic Sleep Disorder (referencing ICD-10); 2.Age range: 45 to 60 years; 3.a PSQI score of >=8; 4.Participants presenting with perimenopausal symptoms; Perimenopausal group without insomnia (control group) 1. Women aged 45-60; 2. No insomnia or insomnia symptoms in the past year; 3. Accompanied by perimenopausal symptoms.

排除标准：

1.伴有严重精神疾病者，包括重度焦虑及重度抑郁者（GAD-7≥15分，PHQ-9≥20分）；
2.就诊前4周以内服用过镇静催眠药物性激素、抗生素、糖皮质激素药物的患者；
3.就诊前半年内服用过抗精神病药物的患者；
4.检查前3日内有通宵熬夜等影响正常睡眠节律的事件，或有酗酒、嗜好浓茶、咖啡因滥用史的患者；
5.有生殖系统肿瘤史的患者，如卵巢癌。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals with severe psychiatric disorders, including severe anxiety and depression (defined as GAD-7 >=15 and PHQ-9 >=20); 2.Patients who have taken medications such as sedative-hypnotics, sex hormones, antibiotics, or glucocorticoids within the 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 3.Patients who have taken antipsychotic medications within the 6 months prior to the medical consultation; 4.Patients who, within the 3 days preceding the examination, have experienced events disrupting normal sleep rhythms (such as staying up all night) or have a history of alcohol abuse, habitual consumption of strong tea, or caffeine abuse; 5.Patients with a history of reproductive system tumors, such as ovarian cancer.
