研究目的：

筛选骨转移乳腺癌患者的原发灶肿瘤组织和/或转移灶组织进行单细胞转录组测序，明确乳腺癌骨转移可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Screen the primary tumor tissues and/or metastatic tissues of breast cancer patients with bone metastases for single-cell transcriptome sequencing to clarify the possible mechanisms of breast cancer bone metastasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁且≤75岁的女性； （2）初诊乳腺彩超BI-RADs分类4b以上，高度怀疑乳腺癌患者； （3）ECOG评分0-2分； （4）自愿参与此次临床研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients aged >= 18 years and <= 75 years; (2) Patients with newly diagnosed breast ultrasound BI-RADs classification of 4b or higher, highly suspected of breast cancer; (3) ECOG score of 0-2; (4) Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，研究期间有生育要求； （2）合并有其它恶性肿瘤病史者； （3）合并心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病、肝功能损伤及糖尿病患者； （4）研究者判断患者有其它危及生命的疾病； （5）正在参加其他药物试验者； （6）不能配合完成资料收集或资料不全。 （7）穿刺结果为良性。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have plans to have children during the study period; (2) Those with a history of other malignant tumors; (3) Patients with severe diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, etc., liver function damage, or diabetes; (4) Patients judged by researchers to have other life-threatening diseases; (5) Those currently participating in other drug trials; (6) Unable to cooperate in completing data collection or with incomplete data. (7) The puncture result is benign.
