探索臭氧大自血对老年患者骨科大手术术后谵妄及认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of ozone autohemotherapy on postoperative delirium and cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合相应骨科手术适应症；
2.预计全麻下手术时间>1h；
3.年龄≥60岁；
4.ASA I~III级；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the corresponding indications for orthopedic surgery; 2.Expected duration of surgery under general anesthesia > 1 hour; 3.Age >= 60 years; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病史； 2.存在臭氧或枸橼酸钠过敏； 3.有药物滥用史或长期服用影响认知功能药物； 4.无法沟通； 5.拒绝参加研究； 6.主要研究者判断不适合参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of psychiatric disorders; 2.Allergy to ozone or sodium citrate; 3.History of substance abuse or long-term use of medications affecting cognitive function; 4.Inability to communicate effectively; 5.Refusal to participate in the study; 6.Deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator.
