研究目的：

（1）构建半封闭声道训练干预方案，开发的高质量半封闭声道训练操作视频为声带息肉非手术患者提供专业训练指导。 （2）开发的半封闭声道训练APP，线上人工答疑及远程视频诊疗护理可为声带息肉非手术患者提供康复支持，达到为声带息肉非手术患者实施远程护理的平台的目的。 （3）基于半封闭声道训练APP的半封闭声道训练实施临床应用，以期缩小声带息肉病灶大小，改善嗓音障碍对日常生活的影响，提高患者对嗓音训练的知信行水平，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) A semi-occluded vocal tract training intervention program was constructed, and a high-quality semi-occluded vocal tract training operation video was developed to provide professional training guidance for non-surgical patients with vocal cord polyps. (2) The developed semi-occluded vocal tract training APP, online manual Q&A, and remote video diagnosis and nursing can provide rehabilitation support for non-surgical patients with vocal cord polyps, achieving the purpose of implementing remote nursing for non-surgical patients with vocal cord polyps. (3) Based on the semi-occluded vocal tract training APP, the semi-occluded vocal tract training was implemented in clinical application, aiming to reduce the size of vocal cord polyp lesions, improve the impact of voice disorders on daily life, enhance patients' knowledge, attitude, and behavior levels regarding voice training, and improve their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.①年龄18-75周岁，有声音嘶哑症状，病程小于6个月；②声带息肉位于喉镜下声带前部和中部1/3的交界处，呈半透明小隆起，直径小于声带长度的1/4；③动态喉镜提示声带息≤0.5cm，非手术治疗者；④自愿参与本研究，可自行操作智能手机APP软件者；⑤签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, with hoarseness symptoms, disease course less than 6 months; 2. Vocal cord polyps located at the junction of the anterior and middle 1/3 of the vocal folds under laryngoscope, presenting as semitransparent small protuberances, diameter less than 1/4 of the length of the vocal folds; 3. Dynamic laryngoscope suggests vocal cord polyps ≤0.5 cm, non-surgical treatment candidates; 4. Voluntarily participate in this study, capable of operating smartphone APP software independently; 5. Sign informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.①患者智力、认知障碍、精神疾病，无法配合SOVTE训练及量表评估；②合并咽喉部恶性肿瘤者；③动态喉镜提示声带息肉＞0.5cm、声带息肉直径大于声带长度1/4或有蒂息肉者；④患者及家属均无移动智能设备者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with intellectual impairment, cognitive disorders, or mental illnesses who cannot cooperate with SOVTE training or scale assessments.2. Patients with malignant tumors in the pharyngeal/laryngeal region.3. Patients with vocal cord polyps >0.5 cm, polyps exceeding 1/4 of the vocal cord length, or pedunculated polyps, as indicated by laryngoscopy.4. Patients and their families lacking access to mobile smart devices.
