研究目的：

通过颈上神经节阻滞对胸腔镜下肺肿瘤手术患者术后睡眠质量和精神状态的影响的临床研究，探讨通过颈交感神经节阻滞改善胸腔镜手术患者术后早期睡眠障碍和抑郁状态的方法，为更多失眠患者治疗睡眠障碍探索新的治疗途径和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

A clinical study of the effect of superior cervical ganglion block on postoperative sleep quality and mental status in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung tumor surgery was conducted to explore ways to improve early postoperative sleep disorders and depressive states in patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery through cervical sympathetic ganglion block, and to explore new therapeutic avenues and methods for the treatment of sleep disorders in a wider range of insomnia patients.

纳入标准：

桂林市人民医院行择期胸腔镜下肺肿瘤手术患者：年龄35~65岁；BMI 20~28 kg/m2 ；ASA I~III级。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung tumor surgery at Guilin People's Hospital, with the following inclusion criteria: aged 35–65 years; body mass index (BMI) 20–28 kg/m2; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III.

排除标准：

1.既往有心脑血管病史； 2.心动过缓或心律失常； 3.脑梗死、脑出血或心力衰竭等； 4.术前确诊睡眠障碍和抑郁焦虑病史;睡眠障碍患者（术前阿森斯失眠评分（AIS）≥6分）； 5.术前或术后使用助眠药物； 6.术前汉密斯顿抑郁量表 （HAMD）评分≥7分。 7.凝血障碍； 8.手术方式转为开放； 9.术后VAS评分≥3分； 10.肝肾功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Bradycardia or arrhythmia; 3. Cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or heart failure; 4. Preoperative diagnosis of sleep disorders, depression and anxiety; Patients with sleep disorder (preoperative Athens insomnia score (AIS) >=6); 5. Use of hypnotics before or after surgery; 6. Preoperative Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score >=7. 7. Coagulation disorders; 8. Conversion to open surgery; 9. Postoperative VAS score >=3 points; 10. Liver and kidney dysfunction;
